远程教育与社区教育的融合：理念、策略与展望

【摘要】远程教育与社区教育融合渗透、联动发展的新趋势，具有积极的现实意义。二者之间的诸多共同之处，为融合联动奠定了理论和实践基础，而构建学习型社会这一共同目标，则为这种融合提供了现实机遇和发展动力。促进电大参与社区教育，需要来自教育政策、教育管理、教育技术等多方面的支持。

Abstract: The combination and joint development of distance education and community education present active and practical significance. The many common grounds shared by the two types of education provide the theoretical and practical foundation for their combination and joint development. The achievement of the combination and joint development of distant education and community education ensures an actual opportunity and motivation for the development of TV university. Whereas TV university’s further participation in community education requires support in education policies, education management, education technology, etc.
