基于因子与聚类分析的我国区域人力资源研究

【摘要】知识经济时代,人力资源将成为国家的核心竞争力,受教育程度是影响人力资源的一个最为重要的方面。因此,本文仅从人口素质角度考察我国的人力资源状况,采用因子分析与聚类分析的方法对我国31个省、自治区、直辖市的教育环境评价指标进行了分析,研究结果反映出上述地区对教育的重视程度和教育水平的发达程度,从而揭示出我国各地区的人力资源状况。

Abstract: Human resources will become a state’s core competitiveness in the knowledge-based economy time. Educated level is one of the most important respects that impact the human resources So this passage inspects the human resources situation in China only from the quality of the population perspective. Researching the attention degree and the developed level on education in China by factor analysis and clustering analysis methods, the passage finally can reveal the human resources situation in every province of China.
