远程学习者完成学业影响因素的实证研究

     【摘要】远程学习者辍学、流失以及沉淀的现象始终困扰着远程教育工作者,并在一定程度上阻碍着远程教育的健康发展。本研究以Kember学生进步模型为参考,对国内远程学习者完成学业的情况展开实证研究,通过结构方程建模得出影响远程学习者完成学业的因素,并根据研究结论提出相关建议与对策。

Achievement of Distance Learners

Abstract: The comparatively high rates of students’ dropout, loss and delay Graduation hinder the quality and sound development of distance education. Based on the modle of achievement of distant learner, D.Kenber,this research carried out an investigation and with the support of SEM modle,figured out the influence factors, after analysis the outcome, made some suggestions for achievement diatant learner.
