学习型社会背景下上海社区教育发展的若干思考*

【摘要】社区教育是建设学习型社会的基本途径和载体，而我国社区教育的发展进入了新的历史阶段。本文从社区教育的内涵及其在学习型社会建设中的重要作用入手，通过大规模问卷调查，分析了上海社区教育在教育对象、教育功能、教育教学形式等方面的新需求，并提出理顺管理体制、整合资源建设、依托社区学院等措施来进一步推动上海社区教育发展，以促进上海社区教育的持续发展。
