中英远程教育机构的组织结构比较*

【摘要】远程教育的发展不仅给远程教育领域人力资源的开发带来了挑战,同样也给人力资源的配置和管理带来了挑战。本文通过对中英两国远程高等教育机构的组织结构进行比较研究,以期对我国远程教育的机构设置提供一些参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The development of distance education brings challenges not only to human resources development in the field,but also to its allocation and management.Based on a Comparative study of distance education institutions between China and the UK,the paper explores the differences and similarities on organizational structure of distance education institutions between two countries,so as to provide reference for practical improvement in the field.
