对远程教育公共服务体系的思考

【摘要】目前，国家级的社会化远程教育公共服务体系已具雏型。如何做好、做大、做强、持续发展，笔者认为，以专业化服务为特色，以规范化的优质管理创品牌是核心问题。因此，必须明确定位，统一标准，正确认识和处理公共服务体系、电大、普通高校三者之间的关系，加强服务体系自身建设，实现公共服务体系、电大、普通高校共生共荣，为学习型社会的创建作出应有的贡献。

Some Thoughts on Public Service System of Distance Education

Abstract: At present, a socialized statelevel public service system of distance education has primarily taken in shape.But how to expand the system and make it better?In the author’s view, the key to the problem is to characterize it with specialized services and establish its brand with standardized superior management and properly deal with its relationships with RTV universities and conventional universities.Meanwhile, the construction of the system itself should be strengthened so as to realize the mutual promotion between RTV universities and conventional universities and contribute together to the learning society.
