【摘要】本文通过对目前教育技术培训领域存在的若干现象的分析，明确了教育技术培训的基础以及目的，同时对教育技术培训的“定位”、“实施”和“保障”三个基本问题进行了界定与分析，初步提出了构成教育技术培训基本模型的四个基本环节，旨在为中小学教师教育技术培训提供参考和借鉴。最后，通过与其他培训模式的对比，提出本模型的优点和不足以及对教师教育技术培训的展望。

The Role and Implement of the Teachers’ ET Training

Abstract: The article definitudes the foundation and the intention of the teachers’ ET training through the analysis of the exsiting phenomenon of the education technology field,and makes clear to the three basic problem of the ET trainingthe role,implement and guarantee.And the article brings forward the four phases of its implement which make up the basic model of the ET training.At last ,It clarifies the advantage and disadvantage of the model,putting forward prospect of the ET training through the contrast with the others.
