关于教师成长内涵的理性思考

【摘要】现有关于教师成长内涵的研究强调从社会的角度向教师提出要求,强调教师的社会价值、工具价值,忽视了教师的本体性、生命性;强调教师教育教学知识和技能的培养,忽视了教师整体德性的提升与生命境界的拓展。本文尝试从教师主体的角度出发,对教师成长的价值取向、教师素质的构成、教师成长的方式与阶段进行探讨,并提出了若干可行性的建议。

Reflection on the Connotation of Teacher Development

Abstract: The existing studies on the connotation of teacher development paid attention to social requests, social value and instrumental value of teachers, and the cultivation of teaching knowledge and skill. However, they ignored the teacher noumenon, the property of life and the development of ethics and life conception. In the present article, from the viewpoint of teachers as subject, the arthors attempt to explore the value orientation, manner and phases of teacher development, as well as the construction of teacher quality, and give some feasible suggestion.
