高等教育自学考试质量保证机制研究

【摘要】随着高等教育大众化和国际化的深入，质量保证逐渐成为各国政府讨论的重要议题。高等教育自学考试作为我国一项基本的高等教育制度，在新的时代背景下探索质量保证的有效途径，推进自学考试的新发展，将具有重大的现实意义。本文在分析质量保证机制背景的基础上，提出自学考试质量保证机制的两大系统，即质量保障系统和质量监控系统，最后分析自学考试质量保证机制的特点。

A Study on Setting up the Quality Assurance Mechanism of 

Higher Education Selfstudy Examination

Abstract: With the massification and internationalization of higher education, quality assurance has become an important agenda for all governments. It is meaningful to explore an effective way to guarantee the quality of higher education selfstudy examination in this wholly new era. On the basis of analyzing the background in and abroad, this paper presents the quality assurance mechanism of higher education selfstudy examination which includes two systems. At last, there is an analysis on the characteristics of this mechanism.
