学习支持服务的调查与研究

【摘要】良好的学习支持服务是保障现代远程教育质量的一个重要内容，以网络教育为代表的现代远程教育学习支持服务的内容和模式是当前远程教育领域探讨的一个热点。本文在分析论述华南师范大学网络教育学院（以下简称：华南师大网络学院）学生关于学习支持服务内容的开放性问题回复的基础上进行了讨论，并指出本次调查中的发现和可能存在的不足，期望对远程开放教育中学习支持服务的开展有所启示。

The Research of Study Support Service

Abstract: Student support service is a very important content to guarantee the quality of distance education. The content and style of student support service is a hotspot of the modern distance education which is represented by the network education. The aruthors analyse the open investigation and the students’ answer of it , and makes some discussion. At the end of the article, the authors sum up the shortage and wish this article make some inspiration to the development of student support service in the institute of network education.
