现代远程教育:提高农村教师素质的快捷途径*

【摘要】随着基础教育新课程方案的实施和多媒体技术、网络技术在基础教育领域应用的日益广泛，农村中小学教师素质不良问题日渐凸显。要提高农村教师的素质，必须加强培训，而培训的最佳方法和途径则是实施现代远程教育。

to Improve the Quality of the Teachers in the Countryside

Abstract: With the implementing of new curriculum project of the primary education and the applications of multimedia technology and network technology in the primary education increasingly, the bad issues about the quality of the teachers in primary and middle school in the countryside are apparent. In order to improve the quality of the teachers in the countryside, we should strengthen the training,and the best approach is implementing modern distance education.
