以绩效指标体系推进教育信息化建设

【摘要】该文针对我国目前中小学教育信息化效益低下的问题,提出必须对教育信息化的绩效进行评价,建立科学、可行、导向性强的绩效指标体系,并通过对教育信息化绩效指标体系内涵的探讨,提出了绩效指标体系的独特作用及构建指标体系的一些原则。

Improving E-education with Performance Indicator System

Abstract: Facing low usefulness of E-education in Elementary and Middle Schools, this paper proposed designing performance indicator system to improve E-education evaluation in elementary and middle schools. Through exploring the signification of E-education performance indicator system, the paper proposed the functions and principles of designing performance indicator system.
