服务农村成人高等教育的实践与研究

【摘要】农村成人高等教育的需求已越来越迫切，但由于各方面的原因，农村在职人员高等教育滞后于社会经济发展，这个情况已经引起各级政府及高等教育机构的高度重视。该文以上海为例，结合上海电视大学近几年面向郊区农村在职人员开展岗位培训及其与高等教育相结合（项目）的实践和探索，分析了上海郊区农村在职人员高等教育的需求与现状，总结了上海远程教育服务农村的实践成果，并提出了相应的对策。

The Practice and Research of Adult Higher Education in the Country

Abstract: The requirement of adult higher education in the country is more and more impending. At the same time, the government and some organizations of higher education attach importance to the conditions that inservice adult higher education in the country lags behind the development of society and economy. The paper introduced the practice of inservice personnel training in the suburb country and its combination with higher education in Shanghai Television University in several years, analyzed the requirement and current states of higher education for inservice personnel, and summarized the fruits of the practice of distance education in Shanghai. At last, the paper put forward countermeasure, which utilized modern distance education to develop adult higher education in the country.
