远程教育学习支持服务的区域性对比分析

【摘要】本研究采用调查法考察了不同级电大、不同经济发展地区远程教育学习支持服务的现实状况，并进行了区域性对比分析。结果表明，省、市、县三级不同行政区域电大和苏南、苏北、苏中不同经济区域电大的学习支持服务既有许多相同之处，又存在着一定的差异。作者提出，构建完善、高效的学习支持服务系统，需要进一步关注不同地区的经济社会、文化教育特征和学习者的特殊要求，使学习支持服务更有针对性，更具有效性，以确保远程教育健康发展。

 A Regional Comaprative Analysis of the Learning Support Service

in Distance Education

Abstract: Based on a recently conducted survey, this research compared and analyzed the current situation of learning support service of distance education in different RTVU institutes and in different economic areas. The result shows that there are both similarities and differences in learning support services of the RTVU branches of the three levels of province, cities and counties, and different economic areas in Southern, Middle and Northern Jiangsu provinces. The author points out that more attention should be paid to the regional economic, social and cultural features, to the special needs of the learners in different local areas, thus to provide more pertinent and effective learning support service, and insure a healthy development of distance education.
