基于自组织理论的学习者分析

【摘要】人是教育活动中的核心因素。教师应全面了解和分析学习者的特性,并将其作为教学行为的依据和准则。自组织理论为我们进一步研究教学中的“人”提供了一种新的方法论。本文从学习者个体和群体作为自组织系统的两个方面分析了学习者的特性。

Learner Analysis Based on Selforganization Theory

Abstract: People are key factors in the educational activities, so the teacher should analyze and master the learner’s characteristics from all aspects, and regard them as the basis and criterion of the teaching behavior. Self-organization theory provides us with a new methodology for studying ‘people’ in teaching. The article analyzes learners’ characteristics by means of regarding learner individual as a selforganization system and regarding learner collectivity as a selforganization system.
