我的远程教育研究观

【摘要】世纪之交,远程教育的身份发生了重大转折,其理论和实践得到了前所未有的关注,并正在迅速成长和发展之中。然而对中国远程教育进行反思,发现在远程教育研究方面仍存在一些不足,如研究对象局限于教育对象的成人和教学媒体的技术,导致学科视野、社会视野等过于狭窄,以致理论研究受阻。本文主要基于对我国远程教育研究和实践的思考,提出基于“大教育”的远程教育研究观,即从更为宽泛的社会和学科背景下来研究和推进远程教育发展,从而形成既具有教育共性又具有远程特性的远程教育学科体系。

My View on the Research of Distance Education

Abstract: At the turn of the century, the identity of distance education has changed. More and more attention is paid to its theory and practice, and it is growing and developing rapidly. However, when reflecting distance education in China, there are many problems on research. For example, the object of research are limited to adult as educational object and technology as instructional media, which leads to straitness of the view of discipline and world, even blocks academic research. Based on the reflection of the research and practice of distance education in China, the article puts forward the view of development grounded on macroscopical education, which will investigate and push the development of distance education from the broader background of world and discipline, and form the system of disciplines with educational commonness and speciality of distance education.
