美国马歇尔大学网络教育的组织管理及思考

【摘要】随着网络教育日渐进入主流教育行业,网络教育的组织管理的重要性日益突出。网络教育组织管理包括发展合作团队、创建良好流程、培养技术娴熟的教师、强化网络课程的设计、发展和评价。本论文以美国马歇尔大学为例,对网络教育的组织管理进行阐述,以期能对中国网络教育发展提供有益启示。

Micro-management of American Online Education

Abstract: As online education becomes part of mainstream education, educators should research opportunities to optimize the management of online education. This would include developing collaborative teams, deploying effective processes, developing technology-savvy faculty, and optimizing instructional design, development and evaluation processes. This paper uses the case of an American University in illustrating concerns and considerations in the areas described above in the hope that it will promote thinking about developing online education in mainland China.
