推进教师教育一体化改革的思考

【摘要】我国传统的教师教育体系与国际教师教育一体化的发展趋势已不相称。本文对教师教育一体化的内涵进行了讨论,并就推进我国教师教育一体化改革提出如下建议:重新整合现有的教师教育资源,探索适合我国国情的教师教育机构;设置职前培养、入职教育和职后培训相互贯通的课程体系;改革教师教育各阶段的培养模式;建立完整的教育专业学位体系;为教师个人设立教育档案。

Several Suggestions for Teachers’ Education Integration

Abstract: The traditional teachers’ education system of our country has already been inappropriated to the development trend of international teachers’ education integration. This paper will discuss the innovation of teachers’ education integration and advance people to educate the integrated reform to propose as follows: integrate the existing teachers’ educational resources; explore the appropriated teachers’ educational institution which suitable to our country; set up duty training before profession and train course system that well versed in each other after profession. Reform the cultivation modes of every stages of whole journey of teachers’ education; set up intact education professional degree system; set up educational files for individuals.
