外包：西方大学提高管理效率的新工具

【摘要】外包被引入大学管理，并在节约成本和提高效率方面显示了潜在的优势。本文详细探讨了外包在西方大学的应用与发展情况，分析了其流行于高教界的原因，以期对我国大学管理提供有益的借鉴。

“Outsourcing”: a New Tool for Western University to Improve Management Efficiency

Abstract: Outsourcing was applied to university management, showing potential advantage in economizing cost and raising efficiency. This text has probed into the development and application of outsourcing in western universities in detail, analyzed the reasons for its prevalence in higher education, expecting to offer beneficial reference to our university management.
