西方高等教育质量观及评估综述*

【摘要】高等教育质量是人们对于高等教育是否达到其预定目标程度的衡量。高等教育质量具有多维性。本文详细介绍了西方高等教育质量评估的多样化机制:美国是非官方独立的高等教育质量评估;英国是政府与民间多元参与的高等教育质量评估;北欧是居于英美之间的高等教育质量评估;法国是中央集权的高等教育质量评估;日本是政府与民间协作的高等教育质量评估。

Western Higher Education Quality View and Evaluation

Abstract: Higher education quality is people measure if the expected goal level for higher education has been reached. Higher education has multidimensional nature to measure. Western higher education quality evaluation have variation mechanism: America takes unofficial independence evaluation; UK makes use of nongovernmental multivariate participated evaluation; North Europe use the evaluation method between UK anf America; France utilizes the centralization evaluation; Japan chooses the evaluation method of the coopevation between goverment and nongormental organization.
