认证与审查：美英两国高等教育质量保证体系之比较

【摘要】 认证或评估是保证高等教育办学质量的主要手段，在高等教育管理中扮演着重要的角色。本文拟通过对美英两国高等教育质量保证体系的比较分析，为我国正在实施中的高等教育质量工程提供参考。

　Comparative Study on Higher Education Quality Assurance 

System between US and Britain

Abstract: College accreditation and assessment system is a primary means to ensure the quality of higher education，playing an important role in higher education management system. This paper compares and analyzes the United States (accreditation system) and Britain (audit system) the two higher education quality assurance system for providing reference to the quality of higher education projects in China currently.
