韩国职业资格认证体系研究

【摘要】职业资格认证体系对劳动就业制度和职业教育培训体系起着重要的保障作用，对人力资源开发和经济发展也起着非常重要的促进作用。本文分析了韩国职业资格认证体系的发展历程和构成，透视了在韩国职业资格认证体系中占主导地位的国家技术资格认证体系的构成、资格申请条件和等级认定标准等，探讨了韩国职业资格认证的认证过程及其管理机构，并对其发展趋势做了推测。最后，通过对韩国职业资格认证体系的分析与探讨，提出了对建设和完善我国职业资格认证体系的几点建议。

Research on Korean Vocational Qualification System

Abstract: As the important guarantee of Korean labor employment system and Vocational education training system , Korean Vocational Qualification System(KVQS) plays a very important role in the process of human resources development and economical development. The article analyzed the progressive history and constitute of KVQS, saw through to the constitute of NTQS, which takes the predominate position in KVQS, analyzed certification criteria in NTQS according to grade, and probed the certification procedure, administration of Certification, the development tendency of (KVQS). Finally, through analyzing and conferring the vocational qualification system in Korea, the paper gives some advice on building and perfecting the qualification system of our country.
