【摘要】本文借助我国和德国机构合作的一个发展性援助项目所进行的艾滋病防治人员培训教学实践,从教育学的角度分析和探讨了如何有效地促进实践共同体在线学习。

Abstract: Based on a Chinese-German joint training program for HIV/AIDS practitioners in WestChina, the paper explores the participants' primitive online learning experiences, perceptions and performances by means of observing their online activities.
