高等教育机构服务外包良性发展研究

【摘要】作为经济全球化、信息全球化和社会分工不断细化的产物——服务外包这一形式的出现，为高校集中精力注重学校内涵式发展、增强学校创新能力、培养全面发展的复合型人才提供了新的契机。本文试图通过提出目前高校（主要是对IT、人事和后勤管理等部门）服务外包中存在的主要问题并进行原因分析，进而提出建立高校服务外包的良性发展模式，以及保证这一模式实施的对策。

Research on Favorable Development of Service Outsourcing for

Higher Educational Institutes

Abstract: Service outsourcing emerges with the development of the globalization of economy and information and division of the social work, and provides the higher education institutes with new chances to focus on their intensive development, and enhance the capacity of creation and develope students with multiple abilities in allround way. The paper ,based on the analysis of critical problems and its reasons in current service outsourcing for higher educational institutes ,puts forward the suggestion for setting up and implementation of the favorable development mode of service outsourcing.
