教师个人知识构成、管理模式及管理工具设计

【摘要】个人知识管理对于教师在信息时代游刃有余地完成自己的职业角色具有很重要的意义。论文在分析教师根本任务的基础上,全面探讨了教师个人知识的构成和范围,展示了教师个人知识构成的知识地图表示和教师个人知识管理的一般模式及其过程模型,并给出了笔者设计和开发的教师个人知识管理工具的结构和设计思想。

Abstract: Personal knowledge management plays an important role in helping teachers to fulfill his/her professional tasks with ease in information times. This paper explored the constitution and domain of teachers' personal knowledge thoroughly, giving its knowledge map expression based on analyzing teachers' essential tasks. The general pattern and process model of teachers' personal knowledge were given, design ideas and structure of a management tool of teachers' personal knowledge developed by the author were presented.
