国际视野下的成人教育工作者专业化之困境及出路

【摘要】国际社会，特别是发达国家成人教育界都较早地重视起成人教育工作者的专业化问题，而在我国，至今鲜有开展专门针对成人教育工作者专业化问题的讨论，即使偶有涉及，也仅限于成人教师。由于成人教育工作者构成的复杂性，目前世界范围内的成人教育工作者的专业化仍然面临重重困境和难题。因此，正确认识并解决这些问题，应是成人教育工作者的职责。

Professional Development Issues of Adult Education 

Workers from the International View

Abstract: Professional development issues of adult education workers are early discussed especially in the developed countries in the world while there are few discussions about it. If there are some discussions, which are only limited to adult teachers in our study. At present, there still have some urgent problems needed to be solve about professional development of adult education workers. It should be our obligation to further discussions and solve those issues.
