教师视野中的高校课程国际化
——基于对中英大学教师的调查

[摘要]在全球化和国际化背景下，中国大学在构建国际化课程体系方面已初见成效，但与世界一流大学相比仍有一定距离。为了了解中英两国大学在课程国际化认知及实施策略上的差异，本研究对中英两所知名高校的教师进行了问卷调查。研究发现，中国大学的课程国际化虽然取得了显著成绩，但与英国高校相比仍存在较大差距；在对国际化的认知上，两校表现出发展中和发达国家视角的差异、学术驱动与商业驱动特征的差异以及经济发展导向与文化/社会导向的差异；在课程国际化的建设策略上，两校在成熟性和多样性上具有显著差异，中国大学相对英国大学而言在课程国际化的规划和管理上缺乏系统性，在实施策略上缺乏多样性，课程改革的深度和广度也相对不够。

A Sino-UK Comparative Study of Internationalization of
Curriculum Based on Staff Investigations

Abstract: With the development of global internationalization，Chinese universities are chasing world-class universities in internationalization of curriculum (IOC) in spite of their dramatic improvements. This paper conducts a comparative study of IOC in two top universities in China and the UK based on staff investigations and reveals significant differences between the two institutions. In understanding the concept of IOC，the Chinese university adopted a developing-country angle with strong academically-driven and plutonomically-oriented incentives while the British university adopted a developed-country angle with apparent economically-driven and humanistically-oriented incentives. In strategies of IOC，the Chinese university was less mature and diversified than the British university with inadequate emphasis on planning，administration，implementation，and innovation.
