系统式学校领导的内涵、特点与实践

——以部分OECD成员国的学校改革为例

【摘要】近年来,国外开展了一系列系统式学校领导方面的实践尝试,把系统改革和领导者培养这两方面作为重点,致力于实现“让每个学校都成为好学校”的目标。本文即对部分OECD成员国的实践案例进行分析,阐释了系统式领导的优势及其所面临的挑战,并对开展学校系统式领导的未来趋势进行了展望。
