从教师信息素养到教师信息行为

【摘要】信息素养一直是教育技术领域的热门话题,然而十多年过去了,教师的信息素养并没有得到普遍提升,其原因就在于信息素养主要关注的是作为结果的能力结构,而忽视了这种能力结构所对应的行为表现及过程,而这正是信息行为研究所关注的问题。本文回顾了教师的信息素养和信息行为的研究发展,并探讨了二者的关联,同时对教师的信息行为特点及教师信息行为研究的未来走向进行了分析,以描绘教师信息行为研究这个新领域的概貌。

From Teacher's Information Literacy to Information Behavior

Abstract: Information literacy seems to be a hot topic in the area of educational technology. However, teachers' information literacy has not improved much in the last ten years. One of the reasons is that information literacy focuses on the ability structure, but does not pay attention to the corresponding behaviors and processes, which information behavior research focuses on.  This paper examines the development of research on teacher's information literacy and information behavior, and the correlation between them. It also analyzes teacher's information behavior characters and the trends of the research associated with them. This paper also  describes the general picture of teacher's information behavior research, which is still a new area.
