健康人格及大学人才培养

【摘要】人格教育作为转型时期中国高等教育改革面临的不可回避的命题,处于极为复杂的时代背景当中。在现代和传统文化的冲突和交融中,在现代化推进下的主体自觉认同中,在现代和后现代观念的迭起更新为主体铺成的广阔价值空间中,后发国家出于国力增强、社会进步而优先将知识与能力置于大学教育中心位置,而人格教育又决非单一价值指向可以确认,而处于多重价值并列、重叠、交叉竞争中以至模糊。大学需要确定人格教育为大学教育的主旨,围绕育人功能的内涵培养学生的健康人格,并为此而构建知识体系,建立多元立体的人格培养平台,这是当前中国大学回应“培养什么人”问题的根本之道。

A Preliminary Study on Healthy Personality and University

Talent Development

Abstract: As a major task in the transition period of Chinese higher education, developing students with a healthy personality needs to be studied under extremely complex historical background. With the conflict and blend between modern and traditional culture, students' healthy personality has received abundant contents by modernity and indigenous culture. In the subject's meta-cognition advanced by modernization, subject-oriented personality options have been given wider value space by modern and post-modern concepts, while healthy personality has been given broader perspectives. In such an environment, a radical solution to shape future directions of university development and implement the national strategy of talent development is to return to the dominant theme of university. Multiple and dimensional personality fostering platforms need to be established, so as to continually advance the development of universities.
