我国大学信息化建设的成功之道
——基于五所大学的个案研究*

【摘要】总结我国信息化建设成功大学之经验，是落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年》精神，整体提升我国高等教育信息化水平的必然选择。本研究通过对国内五所信息化建设较有成效的大学的个案研究后发现：有着重视和切实支持信息化的校领导、集多种能力和素质于一体的IT主管与多元化结构的IT队伍、国家财政的支持、信息化体制的创新发展，以及在信息化建设中的妥协与变革智慧，即“人、财、体制、策略”四大关键因素的发挥是我国大学信息化建设成功的主要经验。论文进一步指出，我国大学信息化建设的成功更多依靠“人”的因素，信息化体制不规范、不稳定是制约其深入发展的根源。因而，我国大学在信息时代的创新发展迫切呼唤大学信息化体制的进一步规范化、科学化。

The Path to Success for China University's Informatization
Development:Based on Case Studies of Five Universities

Abstract: This paper summarizes the experiences of the successful informatization construction in higher education. Though case studies of five successful universities, the authors found that the highest college leader who pays attention and gives support to informationization, outstanding IT leader with a variety of ability, diversified IT staff, information system innovation development, national finance support, and the transformation wisdoms in the informatization construction are the key factors that lead to successful experiences of China university's informatization construction. This article further points out that successful construction relies more on "people" than "system"in China. In addition, the informatization system in Chinese universities lacks standards and stability, which has restricted informatization's in-depth development. To better facilitate the development of Chinese universities in the information era，it is urgent to establish a further standardized, scientific university informatization system.
