校长信息素养与学校信息化互动发展的认知与分析*

【摘要】在教育信息化发展进程中,中小学校长在学校信息化建设中起着领导作用。该研究沿着校长信息素养——学校信息化建设——学校发展的互动路线,从认知的视角探究学校教育信息化过程中校长信息素养与学校信息化建设乃至学校发展之间的互动关系,为教育信息化的有效展开以及校长专业发展提供实证依据。

Abstract: In the process of development of IT in basic education, the principals undertake a leadership in the fields of e-education. With the interaction between IT literacy of principals 、e-education and school development, this essay studied the interactive relation and relativity between IT literacy of principals and development of IT in school, as the same as the development of school from a view of cognition.This study can provide some demonstrations for the efficient practice and principal's development of IT in basic education.
