论区域高等教育的发展趋势*

——“中国中心观”下的社会化学习视角

【摘要】本文从21世纪初的新“中国中心观”出发，剖析了中国融入全球化发展的背景，指出发展本质是全球背景下中国的发展，中国背景下各区域的发展，并最终落实到区域背景下家庭及个人的发展上。因此，中国区域高等教育需要着眼于人力资源的高效、合理、持续开发和利用，形成多元社会观和人本观，服务于产业发展和文化创新，目标是全球竞争取胜和实现小康社会，而实现这一目标最合理的教育发展模式应该是开放式的区域社会化学习。

Trend of Regional Higher Education Development

——from Socialization Learning System on Chinacentred Approach

Abstract: Based on the new Chinacentred Approach in 21st century, this article analyses the background of China being combined with globalization development, and points out that the essential of Chinese development is constructed on the development of different regions and different Chinese people from different families in China. Chinese regional higher education need carry out human resources development efficiently, serve industry and culture development. The best mode of regional higher education is socialization learning system therefore.
