【摘要】本演讲将简单追溯学分银行概念在英属哥伦比亚的演进过程,并介绍学分银行体系在加拿大各省的发展,并使用汤普森河大学作为最佳案例,展示现有学分银行体系的一些特点。演讲中还将概述学分银行发展中面临的挑战与问题及其在高等教育中的影响。

Abstract: This presentation will briefly trace the evolution of the "credit bank" idea in British Columbia, touch on similar developments in other Canadian provinces, and demonstrate some of the features of the existing credit bank system, using Thompson Rivers University as an example of best practices. Challenges to credit bank development and expansion will be outlined, as will hindering and supportive influences in the postsecondary environment.
