学分银行面临的机遇、挑战与应对策略^*

——2011联合国教科文组织东亚远程教育教席系列国际研修班综述

【摘要】终身教育和终身学习理念已经对国际教育改革产生了重要影响，其中之一就是学分银行制度在各国教育领域的普遍实施。笔者作为2011“终身学习与学分银行建设”联合国教科文组织东亚远程教育教席系列国际研修班的组织者之一，有幸参与了本期研修班的全部学术活动。本文概括了本次研修班研讨的主要内容，以期对我国的终身学习与学分银行建设的研究与实践有所裨益。

Abstract: The idea of Lifelong education and lifelong learning has important impact on the international education reform, one of which is the universal implementation of the credit bank system in the field of education. As one of the organizers of "Lifelong Learning and Credit Bank Construction", 2011 UNESCO Chair's Serial International Training Workshop, the author participated all the academic activities, and summarized the main contents of the training seminars, aiming to benefit its researchers as well as implementers in China.
