人的发展：终身教育的理解

【摘要】从终身教育的视角来看，人的发展是一个持续的发展过程，是每个人毕其一生都须关注的重大课题。终身教育着重考虑的是人格的全部及其有机发展，并力图从整体上谋求各种教育之间的联系和统一，以推动人的全面发展。

On Development of the Individual: 

understanding of the lifelong education

Abstract: From the point of view of the lifelong education, an individual,s development is a persistent process and also a key problem that deserves concern for one,s whole life. The lifelong education focuses mainly on the individual,s personality and its development, trying to achieve the connection and the integration of different forms of education and to promote the integrated development of the individual.
