【摘要】作为当代学习理论研究的一个重要取向,情境学习理论为成人学习研究提供了新的视角。本文基于情境学习理论的视角,从学习的动机、本质、内容、过程和评价等五个方面对成人学习作了解读。

On Adult Learning in the View of Situational Learning Theory

Abstract: As an important theory in the today's field of learning theories research, the situational learning theory provides a new visual angle for us to explore adult learning. Bases on the key viewpoint of situational learning theory, this paper makes a discussion on adult learning in five aspects such as the motivation, the essence, the content, the process and the evaluation of learning.
