新农民培训的理念和实践

【摘要】针对我国农民的培训现状，本文提出了新农民培训的理念，即城乡一体化培训的理念、因人施教的理念和远程教育培训方式的理念，介绍了各地区在新农民培训的实践中所特有的思想基础、扶持政策、培训模式及管理机制，最后对新农民培训的人员规模、培训模式及专项经费建设做了展望。

The Idea and Practice of New Farmer's Training

Abstract: In view of present deficient farmer’s training system， the ideas of new farmer’s training are proposed， which include integrated training of city and countryside， teaching different farmers in accordance with their aptitude， and distance education and training. The new farmer’s training of Zhejiang University’s practice characteristic by good thought basis， supporting policy， training pattern and management mechanism is introduced， followed by prospect of huge trainer scale， excellent training model and growth training funds.
