文化差异与教育信息化可持续发展研究

【摘要】《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年》明确提出要加快教育信息化进程，实现教育信息化可持续发展。从现实来看，文化成为新时期推进区域教育信息化事业可持续发展的一个重要变量，也成为探究教育信息化可持续发展的可能视角。本文基于霍夫斯泰德的文化差异指数模型，以“经济学人智库”发布的“数字化学习准备度”为教育信息化发展指标，研究区域教育信息化和文化差异之间的关系。研究者利用数据拟合探究了两者之间的相关性，发现区域教育信息化发展水平和文化变量密切相关，且系统推动文化变迁、建立文化映射可以助推教育信息化可持续发展，并据此提出一种文化推进教育信息化可持续发展的系统框架和动力机制。

Culture Differences and IT in Education

with Sustainable Development

Abstract: This study explores the relation of information technology (IT) in educational and cultural differences. Based on the model of cultural difference from Hofstede，and e-learning readiness ranking from EIU, this study uses a method of fitting a curve to data points. The result shows that it is closely related between the development of IT in education and culture variables. Promoting culture change and culture mapping will facilitate the better use of IT in education. In conclusion, this paper proposes a systematical framework and dynamic mechanism to facilitate sustainable development of IT in education.
