从网络和虚拟组织角度看高校远程教育的组织与合作^*

【摘要】网络组织和虚拟组织是一种有别于传统组织的新型组织形式。本文从网络和虚拟组织角度解读高校远程教育的内部组织与外部合作，探讨远程教育领域网络和虚拟组织构建及运行中的若干重要问题，包括合作目的、合作伙伴、合作程度、合作管理、合作的生命周期等。本文认为远程教育院校的组织结构具有相对显著的虚拟特性。
