学员特征对干部在线学习影响初探

——以上海干部在线学习城为例

【摘要】干部在线学习是干部学习的一种新模式，上海干部在线学习城是我国最大的省市级别干部在线学习网站，具有一定的代表性。本文通过对2009年度上海干部在线学习城学员基本情况的统计和分析，剖析年龄和性别对干部在线学习流失率、学习完成情况（通过率、学分与学时）、偏向的考核类型、网络学习行为（考试次数、学习次数、弃考数、弃学数）、学习效率、学习持续性等的影响，从而得出若干干部在线学习的规律特征，并提出相应对策建议。

Study on the Effects of Trainee’s Characteristics

on Cadres Online Learning

——A Case Study of Shanghai Cadres Online Learning Platform

Abstract: Cadres training in China has started to tap into online learning. Shanghai Cadres online learning platform, the largest, provincial, and municipal platform, is representative of all the online systems built for this endeavor. In this study we analyzed data from the Shanghai Cadres online learning platform in 2009. We examined the demographics of all participants and looked for relationships among age, gender, learning behaviors, and learning outcomes. Based on this data mining, we summarize the characteristics of cadres' online learning and give suggestions on how to better conduct cadres training online.
