中国开放大学建设热的理性思考

【摘要】本文从政府层面、学术领域等不同角度出发，描述和分析了出现在我国的开放大学建设热现象。在深入剖析开放大学建设中出现的“架子”与“帽子”、“出路”与“活路”、“换牌”与“铸牌”等焦点问题的基础上，本文提出在开放和包容中凝聚共识、破解焦点问题的方式与途径。

Rational Thoughts on the Passion for Founding

Open Universities in China

Abstract: This paper analyzes the passion for establishing open universities in China from different perspectives: the government, academic fields and so on. Through indepth analysis of many hot issues that are emerging during this process, this paper suggests methods and approaches for addressing these issues.
