开放远程条件下教研活动的策略研究

【摘要】教研活动是电大开放远程教育系统办学重要的教学管理环节，电大网络化的办学系统所具有的分点施教、分散学习和统一考试的特点，以及传统电大正在向现代开放远程教育转型的特殊阶段，决定了电大教研活动的任务和形式全然不同于普通高校的教研活动。本文以上海电视大学为例，分析了教研活动在正规化和成熟化的同时所存在的问题和危机，并在近年来开展深度教研活动的基础上，从教研活动的方式、方法和内容三个方面，探讨了教研活动的变革和创新策略。如何拓展教研活动的深度和广度，使之可持续发展，这是一项系统工程，而了解教师需求是提高教研活动有效性的基础和前提，健全考核制度是保证教研活动质量的关键，完善激励机制是深化教研活动的持续动力。
