成人高等教育机构开展网络教育的实证研究*

    【摘要】以网络教育为手段对成人高等教育人才培养模式进行改革,是缓解工学矛盾,提高人才培养质量的有效途径。成人高等教育机构在开展网络教育的过程中,要正确把握网络教育与教学、网络教育与其实施对象以及网络教育理论模型与实践模式三对关系,充分发挥网络教育在成人高等教育教学中的辅助作用。实践证明,成人高等教育机构实施网络教育,能提高学生学习的主动性,推进教师角色功能的转型,提高教学的有效性和学习效果。成人高等教育机构如要进一步提升网络教育对提高教学质量的作用,需要继续加强过程监控体系、质量评价体系、课程资源体系以及学习共同体四方面的建设,构建良好的辅助教学环境,继续增加实施网络教育辅助教学的课程数量,推动成人高等教育人才培养模式的改革,全面实现成人高等教育机构培养社会主义当班人的历史使命。

An Empirical Research on Online Teaching

in An Adult Higher Education Institution

Abstract: Using online education to reform adult education is a primary way to reduce the conflicts between students' work and study, and to improve the caliber of students cultivated.At present, most adult higher education institutions in China have the essential resources to carry out online education.To enhance online teaching and learning, these institutions need to grasp the intricate relations of many factors, including online and traditional teaching, the ideal participants for online learning, and the theoretical and practical models of online teaching.The empirical study conducted confirms that online learning can engage students in active learning, and can prompt teachers to change their roles in teaching and to enhance their teaching quality.The study also reveals that online education needs a wellconstructed process monitor system, quality evaluation system, courses resources system, and the forming of learning communities.Online education can bring changes to the current pedagogy in China, and can therefore help adult higher education institutions to realize their mission in constructing a learning society.
