学校项目情境中教师技术应用的过程研究*

【摘要】论文呈现了新加坡一所中学三名生物教师如何看待、学习和应用一款计算机建模软件BioLogica进行教学变革的过程变化,并考察了教师个体因素与外部环境因素如何影响着教师的技术采纳行为。研究表明,创新的本身特性、教师的技术应用态度、已有的教学经验、教师形成的实践共同体、教育评估系统等都会影响教师的技术采纳和应用表现。研究最后提出了一些如何促进教师采纳和成功应用技术的启示。

A Context-rich Analysis of Teachers’Technology Adoption and Use

Abstract: Through case studies of three biology teachers in a Singapore secondary school, we explored how teachers used a computer modeling tool, BioLogica, in their teaching. In addition, our study examined how personal and environmental factors contributed to teachers' adoption of the new pedagogy. Results showed that technology innovation, teachers' attitude toward technology, teaching experience, collaboration among the teachers, and educational evaluation system are important in the process of technology adoption, integration, and implementation. We also discussed implications for facilitating teachers' technology adoption and use.
