中国电大教育发展现状研究

【摘要】《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（20102020）》的颁布与实施使中国电大教育进入了新的历史发展时期。客观分析电大教育发展现状，以办学诊断为基础，适度调整电大办学定位，加快电大教育结构调整，推动电大发展模式转型，优化电大系统多层级治理结构，推动电大教育在新的历史时期持续健康发展。

Research on the Development Status of China’s Radio and

Television Universities

Abstract: Since the issue and implementation of the Medium and Long-term National Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020), China's Radio and Television Universities enter a new historical stage of development. To make the education development of CTVU healthy and sustainable, it's necessary to objectively analyze its status of development, so as to adjust its academic orientation, to speed up structure adjustment, and to push the transformation of its operational model. In addition, findings from this analysis will lead to recommendations for optimizing CTVU’s structure of multi-level governance. All these will contribute to the construction of a learning-oriented society and rich human resources.
