论开放教育实现终身学习学分银行理念的可行性

【摘要】为适应全民学习、终身学习需要,中央广播电视大学于2006年提出“搭建开放教育课程平台”的教学改革目标,其基本架构是以课程为基本单元、分层次设置模块化课程、从低到高各学历层次课程相互衔接、岗位培训和职业资格证书教育等多种类型的非学历教育课程(项目)与学历教育课程互认。由此学生在课程平台上可以自主选课,通过终身学习累积学分,按照自己的现实需要分阶段获取课程结业证书或各类培训证书、以及各种层次的学历证书。本文旨在分析通过课程平台实现学分银行的科学性、合理性、可行性。

The Practicability of Establishing Lifelong Learning Credit
Bank for Open Education

Abstract: For adapting the requirement of people’s life-long learning, CCRTVU brings forward an innovation to construct a course’s platform of open education. On the platform, course is basic unit, there are different kinds and levels courses. Learner can choose courses what he needs or likes, when they finish a course, the course credit will be accumulated, so learners can apply certificates and diplomas after they finished all the required courses and got enough credits. The article aimed to analyze the practicability of credit bank come true on the course platform of Open education.
