论我国教师就业市场的发展*

    【摘要】金融危机引发了人们对教师就业市场及教师教育质量的关注。本文梳理了我国教师就业市场从封闭到开放的形成过程,在揭示教师就业市场所面临的现实困境的基础上,从建立教师专业标准、改革教师培养模式、提高教师准入要求、建立教师供需预测机制四个方面,提出了教师就业市场进一步发展的思路。

On the Development of Chinas Employment Market for Teachers

Abstract: The financial crisis has stirred concerns about the job market for teachers and the quality of teacher education. This article explores the evolution of an open job market for teachers in China. Through revealing the realistic predicament of the employment opportunities for teachers, the article proposes ways for further developing this market from four aspects: establishing teachers’ professional standards, reforming models for teacher training, improving the requirements for becoming a teacher, and building a mechanism for better predicting teacher supply and demand.
