中国特色一流开放大学的成长之路

——上海电视大学半个世纪发展的历史经验

    【摘要】经历了半个世纪的艰苦创业和曲折发展，上海电视大学终于在校庆50周年之际初步建成为一所中国特色的一流开放大学。本文将尝试回顾和总结上海电视大学创建中国特色一流开放大学的成长之路，并从全球视野和中国国情两方面对一流开放大学的理念、历史地位、使命与未来进行探讨。

——On the Historical Experiences of Development of Shanghai

Abstract: Through painstaking effort and winding development in the past half century, at the time of its 50th anniversary, Shanghai TV University finally accomplished its goal in becoming a top-tier open university with Chinese characteristics. This paper reviews and summarizes the university’s growth trajectory. Situating both from the global perspective and the Chinese context, we explore beliefs, historical roles, mission, and the future of top-tier open universities.
