信息通信技术在学习支持服务中的广泛应用^*

——上海电视大学现代远程教育的实践与探索

    【摘要】信息通信技术（ICT）对现代远程教育提供了强有力的支持，特别对学生的学习支持服务提供了多样性的手段与途径，即改变了教与学的习惯方式也延伸了教与学的时空。上海电大经过多年来持续的开发、整合与实践，在ICT的应用上取得了较大的进展，促进了学校网上教学及质量提升。本文将重点介绍上海电大目前形成的、基于ICT的较为系统和稳定的学生支持服务体系，及其在运行中不断优化与提升的情况。

——Practice and Exploration of Modern Distance Education in STVU

Abstract: Modern information and communication technologies (ICTs) provides a strong support for distance education, particularly provides diversified means for study support services to students, that is to say it changes the way of teaching and learning and also extends teaching time and space. Shanghai TV University has made great progress in promoting application of ICT after years of sustained development; ICT plays an important role in promoting the quality of online learning. This article will focus on the student support services of Shanghai TV University, which is a stable ICT-based system, and its optimization and improvement in the operation.
